The Brain! Oh how I love thee. It is seriously one of my favorite 'Bad Movie Nite' movies. It knows what I wanted, and didn't hesitate to deliver.
Electra was pretty solid as well, and I'm sure it is one of the best boy, incest and roach love triangle movies I have ever seen.
We also had our first annual 'Best of Movie Nite' 2008 edition voting this week, and here's the ballot:

Final results were Chopping Mall with 10 votes and Hot Dog - The Movie in second place with 9 votes.
But remember, just to be nominated is an honor, so dry those eyes Monster High.

i really thought this installment was probably in the top ten of all around best bad movie nites.
i think i finally remembered what i voted for: troll 2, hot dog, and april fool's day. i'm really happy with the lineup regardless.
i think monster high should have nothing to be sad about.
as for electra, it was an erotic thriller with a sci-fi twist. obviously it was trying to be something more, but in the process it forgot that it was an erotic thriller. until the end, of course.
Oh yeah, a new all time classic Bad Movie Nite.

I think The Brain made me a better person. I wasn't expecting it when we first started. But I got brained that night, and I felt it deep down.
I think Shannon Tweed should be ashamed of Electra. Her fans have high standards of her for her films, and she let us down.
That last seen did hit me on an emotional level however, the first time is always scary.
I certainly hope Shannon Tweed lacks the capacity to feel shame by now.
My Scores (out of 5):
The Brain -

Electra -

jeremy, i have an idea.
get a graphic of a roach. make it black. place it over a yellow over. print. tape to the bottom of christopher's tv.
viola! instant roach-vision.
the kids will love it.
The prophecy shall be fulfilled.

i just don't know...
I didn't get to see either of these movies in their entirety, so I cannot rate this week...
As for the voting, I am still fantasizing that I had a secret comrade who voted for the KISS movie...
